When a deal goes wrong
The offer needs a 12-month commitment
A commitment turns a discount into a contract. It's a good deal if you were going to stay anyway, and a bad one if you might not.

What you can do
Leaving a commitment offer early costs a prorated change fee if you leave a 12-month commitment offer early. Take it only if you'd stay 12 months anyway. Promo prices that last 3 or 6 months simply end, and the bill goes back to the regular price.

Before you accept a commitment
- Will you keep service 12 months? Moves, seasonal use and job changes count.
- What's the regular price once the promo months end?
- Does pausing (Standby) or changing plan break the discount?
- Use the 30-day window as your trial: a full hardware refund if the kit comes back undamaged within 30 days.
